The most time consuming part of this is getting your AD up to date. We have a few mail flow rules, but they are mainly to manage company newsletter type stuff when someone sends to the whole company distribution list the subject gets appended with or something like that. We have company guidelines regarding how a company signature should look and what's approved text to be in it, but we couldn't find anything good to set it up centrally for everyone especially since they aren't synced to the server. We looked at this a while back and found there a few solutions, but none that were anything we wanted to implement/manage. In my opinion, this should have been a feature that was added a long time ago to enable a more cohesive experience no matter where the email was crafted (mobile, desktop, web). Signatures are not synced to the server so every time a user gets a new computer or has to reinstall office or uses webmail they get a different signature or at least have to set it up each time.
